How to Enroll
High School Graduates
Application Procedure
FOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES
Applicants should submit the following to the Admissions Office:
- Properly accomplished admission form
- Four (4) 2×2 recent, identical color pictures in white background with printed name and signature at the back.
- Submit original Form 138 / Report Card
- Submit original Good Moral Character certificate with dry seal
- Two pieces (2) Photocopied Birth Certificate (NSO)
- If married, two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest / minister.
- One (1) piece Long Brown envelope
PROCEDURE
1. Submit all requirements to the admission personnel at the Admissions Office
2. Fill-up all the Admission Form and other documents at the designated fill-up area.
3. Submit all the accomplished admission form and other documents in the admissions office.
4. Wait for the printed Registration Form with complete schedule of classes.
5. Pay the enrollment amount fee of Php 2,800.
Transferees
Application Procedure
FOR TRANSFEREES
Applicants should submit the following to the Admissions Office:
- Properly accomplished admission form
- Four (4) 2×2 recent, identical color pictures in white background with printed name and signature at the back.
- Submit original Certificate of Transfer / Honorable Dismissal
- Submit original Certificate of Grades / Copy of Grades for Evaluation
- Submit original Good Moral Character certificate with dry seal
- Two pieces (2) Photocopied Birth Certificate (NSO)
- If married, two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest / minister.
- One (1) piece Long Brown envelope
PROCEDURE
Note: Present the Copy of Grades / TOR / Certificate of Grades for subject evaluation to determine the credit subjects from previous school. Wait for the subject evaluation to finish (Minimum days of subject evaluation is one day).
1. Submit all requirements to the admission personnel at the Admissions Office
2. Fill-up all the Admission Form and other documents at the designated fill-up area.
3. Submit all the accomplished admission form and other documents in the admissions office.
4. Wait for the printed Registration Form with complete schedule of classes.
5. Pay the enrollment amount fee of Php 2,800.
ALS Graduate
Application Procedure
FOR ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM GRADUATES
Applicants should submit the following to the Admissions Office:
- Properly accomplished admission form
- Four (4) 2×2 recent, identical color pictures in white background with printed name and signature at the back.
- Submit original Diploma of ALS for verification
- Submit original Result of Examination for verification
- Two pieces (2) Photocopied Birth Certificate (NSO)
- If married, two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest / minister.
- One (1) piece Long Brown envelope
PROCEDURE
1. Submit all requirements to the admission personnel at the Admissions Office
2. Fill-up all the Admission Form and other documents at the designated fill-up area.
3. Submit all the accomplished admission form and other documents in the admissions office.
4. Wait for the printed Registration Form with complete schedule of classes.
5. Pay the enrollment amount fee of Php 2,800.
ONLINE Application
Procedure
1. Fill-up all required fields in the ONLINE admission application page.
Note: When you are ready to enroll inform the NCST Admission Staff that you filled-up your application through ONLINE to retrieve your data in our database.
2. Secure all requirements and submit it during your visit in NCST. Thank you.
