PLEASE BE REMINDED OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS.

FOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES
NO ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
Applicants should submit the following to the Admissions Office:

1. Properly accomplished admission form
2. Four (4) 2×2 recent, identical color pictures in white background with printed name and signature at the back.
3. Submit original Form 138 / Report Card
4. Submit original Good Moral Character certificate with dry seal
5. Two pieces (2) Photocopied Birth Certificate (NSO)
6. If married, two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest / minister.
7. One (1) piece Long Brown envelope

1. Submit all requirements to the admission personnel at the Admissions Office
2. Fill-up all the Admission Form and other documents at the designated fill-up area.
3. Submit all the accomplished admission form and other documents in the admissions office.
4. Wait for the printed Registration Form with complete schedule of classes.
5. Pay the enrollment amount fee of Php 2,800.

FOR TRANSFEREES
Applicants should submit the following to the Admissions Office:

1. Properly accomplished admission form
2. Four (4) 2×2 recent, identical color pictures in white background with printed name and signature at the back.
3. Submit original Certificate of Transfer / Honorable Dismissal
4. Submit original Certificate of Grades / Copy of Grades for Evaluation
5. Submit original Good Moral Character certificate with dry seal
6. Two pieces (2) Photocopied Birth Certificate (NSO)
7. If married, two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest / minister.
8. One (1) piece Long Brown envelope

Note: Present the Copy of Grades / TOR / Certificate of Grades for subject evaluation to determine the credit subjects from previous school. Wait for the subject evaluation to finish (Minimum days of subject evaluation is one day).
1. Submit all requirements to the admission personnel at the Admissions Office
2. Fill-up all the Admission Form and other documents at the designated fill-up area.
3. Submit all the accomplished admission form and other documents in the admissions office.
4. Wait for the printed Registration Form with complete schedule of classes.
5. Pay the enrollment amount fee of Php 2,800.

ONLINE Enrollment Procedure.

1. Visit the NCST Website at www.ncst.edu.ph
2. Select eh WEB SERVICES Menu and Click the ONLINE Admission Page
3. At the ONLINE Admission Page click the ONLINE Enrollment Application Link
4. Fill-Up the Application forms correctly and press Submit button when finished.
