Requirements for incoming freshmen
If you are incoming freshmen, the following documents are required for admission.
- Original F-138 or Report Card
- Original Good Moral Character
- 4 pcs 2×2 Photo (White Background)
- 2 pcs Photocopied Birth Certificate (NSO)
- 1 pc Long Brown Envelop
The NCST Admissions Office is open from Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm.

Requirements for Transferees
If you are transferee from other school, the following documents are required for admission.
- Original Transcript of Records from previous school
- If TOR is not available, please secure Copy of Grades or Certification of Grades
- Original Transfer Credentials or Honorable Dismissal
- Original Good Moral character
- 4 pcs 2×2 Photo (White Background)
- 2 pcs Photocopied Birth Certificate (NSO)
- 1 pc Long Brown Envelop
